Welcome to my website. I am pleased to provide you with place that you can visit time and time again for information regarding real estate. You can request a Home Buyer's Manual or tips on how to best prepare your home for sale. Perhaps you would like to borrow my Garage Sale signs or would like me to participate in a community event. You may not be buying or selling a home right away however I recognize that you may be curious about sales in your community or one to which you are considering a move. If that is the case, just give me a call and I will research the information you need. I can prepare a customized report and will send it to you without obligation. Perhaps you are looking for a reliable tradesperson, lawyer or auto mechanic. It is quite likely I have a trusted professional to send you to. Again, just give me a call.
I have sold homes in central, north and east Toronto, Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa since 2004. Much of my business is centred in the West Rouge, Centennial, Port Union, Ajax and Pickering communities. If I am not familar with the city or community to which you wish to move, I will find you a great realtor who will help you.
Real estate is a people business. I have many years of experience in Toronto, Scarborough and Pickering as a Registered Nurse and teacher. The things that I enjoyed most about those careers was working with people. So, it only follows that my favourite part of real estate is working with buyers and sellers. My other favourite part is having a very happy clients at the end of a transaction. Many of my clients become friends.
If you are a buyer or seller you should be looking for a realtor who will answer your questions and guide you through the whole process. I do enjoy the opportunities to teach my clients about the real estate market and how I can negotiate the best possible transaction for them. I take pride in practicing real estate in an honest, open and ethical manner. I am calm and very patient. Most of my clients tell me that they have fun working with me as well. I have consistently maintained the President`s Gold Award Level with Royal LePage and I also maintain my license by continuously updating my knowledge and skills.
On a personal note, I live in the community of West Rouge Centennial. I have a great interest in animals and travel. I have recently made two trips to Kenya where I was privileged to witness and photograph lions, cheetahs, zebras, rhinos and giraffes in their natural habitat. And then there are my most loved, the elephants. I have adopted two baby elephants who were orphaned at only a few months of age. Unfortunately for me, I had to leave them at the David Sheldrick Wildlife Shelter in Kenya.
