During the viewing process you ensured us that you had a good understanding of our needs, and there wasn't a time when you made us feel pressured to buy. When we finally did find the home we couldn't live without, you cleared your schedule and demonstrated to us the most strategic way to present the offer to the sellers. What a wonderful experience you helped create!
Carol, as you also know, just hours after the sllers accepted our offer we experienced a tragic death in our family. This is when we saw how caring and compassionate you and Christine truly are. You graciously took care of every possible detail and helped ease the hurt during a very difficult time in our lives. Carol helped me to prepare my home and refused to list it until she was satisfied that it showed like a model home. In fact, she helped me decide on a paint colour, took décor and wall art from her own home (as I didn’t have any!) and placed it in my home before listing it. She brought the realtors from the Royal LePage offices in Ajax, Pickering and Scarborough to see my home on tour and even in a slower market, managed to attract multiple offers on my home in less than 2 weeks. Above and beyond what we expected doesn’t go far enough. It was ABOVE AND BEYOND. She saw C. and I and our two golden retriever dogs as ‘family.’ She understood my husband was out of town looking for an out of province home for us.
